Shipping policy

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of ordering, but may take longer due to unforeseen delays. Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped the following business day with the exception of holidays. Due to higher order quantities, orders placed during holidays may take up to 7 business days to ship. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, please contact customer service.

Most orders will be delivered within 1-10 business days* from the ship date without any unforeseen delays.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-5 Days*

The estimated times of arrival can vary depending on the selected shipping option. These times may be delayed due to weather and holidays.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, all delivery costs to re-deliver to a corrected address must be paid by you. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.


International Orders

Before placing an order in our store, you must agree to the Duties and Taxes Terms at checkout. There may be extra costs from duties and fees that you must pay prior to delivery. Dr. Nuzum's Nutraceuticals is not responsible for paying these extra costs. Failure to abide by paying these duties can cause the loss of your shipment. Dr. Nuzum’s Nutraceuticals is not responsible for refunding you for the loss of your order or any additional incurred shipping/return costs. Dr. Nuzum's Nutraceuticals cannot in any way control duty expenses charged by your country.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship to your country, we will refund you your total amount back to your original form of payment.

For international orders, please track your package closely. As soon as it is in your country contact customs to arrange delivery.

Orders are normally delivered within 4 to 8 weeks from the ship date. This may be delayed due to weather and holidays. Check your tracking information (provided in your email) regularly to view updates.
