Refund policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Not every order is eligible for return; please see list of items ineligible for return. Items returned to us after 30 days of delivery will not be refunded. Most returns will be credited in the form of in-store credit. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse, ordering by mistake, changing mind, nullified returns, incorrect address, etc. Items returned without prior authorization from the Dr. Nuzum’s Nutraceuticals Customer Service team or packages “Returned to Sender” may not be properly identified and may nullify or delay a return. Any returned or refused shipments that do not reach our warehouse will not be refunded. All international return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Items ineligible for return:

• Digital items (ex. Detox for Life - digital copy, gift cards)
• Items that are expired or expiring in under six months
• Books with obvious signs of use
