Ingredients:
- 2 grain free Siete taco shells
- 1 can refried black beans
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tomato, diced
- Handful of radish micro greens
- Handful of spring mix
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 lime, to taste

Heat refried beans and coconut oil together in a small saucepan over low heat.

Break taco shells in half.

Spread refried beans on taco shells and top with green onions, micro greens, tomatoes, and spring mix.

Squeeze lime to taste over top
